KINGS CROSS BASEMENT & EXTENSION

These lovely clients wanted to create a play room for their growing children and to connect their ground floor to the garden. Living in a conservation area and with listed building status, their options were limited. The solution was to extend the existing basement beneath the garden, and create a modest and sensitive extension that would stream light into the house.
